29 Things Update
A couple of months ago, I posted a list of 29 things I want to do before I turn 30. How am I doing? Here's my update.
5. Go running at least three mornings a week, even during the winter!
Well, my knee problems have kept me from running the past several weeks, but I have been hitting the gym at least three times a week, so I think that counts. I've started taking Pilates there and I'm really enjoying it.
7. Take advantage of my balcony while the weather is nice.
The weather is no longer nice, but I think I did okay getting out there while it was still warm enough (and light out). Jenn and I had a great end-of-summer barbeque, and that was definitely a good way to use our outdoor space.
11. See the new Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art at the Brooklyn Museum.
Hilary and I did this and really enjoyed it. I wrote about it on October 22
13. Volunteer at least once a month.
I recently started volunteering with Infinite Hope, an animal shelter in Brooklyn. This is the shelter that Dave adopted Olive and Leo from, and it's a great place. As for how it's going, well, hanging out with kittens can't be beat.
23. Run the Liz Padilla Memorial 5k in Prospect Park next weekend.
I did it! Dave and Mandi ran it too. It was Dave's first race and we had a beautiful day for it.
24. Go up to Western Mass at least once a season.
So far so good. I went up in October and took some pictures.
26. Get another tattoo.
I haven't done this yet, but I've got a couple of ideas I'm thinking about.
27. Keep my four plants alive.
They're still green!
28. Make a budget and stick to it.
I made a budget in mid-October and I've been sticking to it so far. It was kind of scary, but illuminating, to lay it all out there. Unfortunately I will have to make a new one come January, as my expenses will change with the new year (new health insurance; paying for heat).
29. Go to Thailand.
Dave and I are planning a big trip to Thailand, Japan, and Singapore in March/April. We haven't bought tickets yet but we're hammering out the details!

If you're in not good state and have no cash to move out from that, you will require to receive the loans. Because that will help you definitely. I take consolidation loans every single year and feel good just because of it.
